This policy applies to posts, profile media, stories, paid messages, comments, direct messages, creator releases, and files uploaded for verification or support.

You must own the rights to content you upload or have written permission to use it on Veyld. If another person appears in your content, you must have consent and any required release before posting or monetizing it. Adult content is allowed only when every person shown is verified or otherwise documented as at least 18 years old and the content is consensual, lawful, and accurately presented to subscribers.
Paid messages, previews, media bundles, and tips must accurately reflect what the fan is purchasing. Do not use misleading previews, false entitlement claims, or automated impersonation to pressure a purchase.
Do not use automated systems to impersonate a creator or fan in direct messages. Tools that assist drafting or moderation must not mislead users about who is communicating with them.
Veyld uses signed media URLs, previews, and entitlement checks to protect creator content. Users may not remove watermarks, share private media links, or attempt to access locked content without authorization.
Rights owners can request removal through the Takedown Policy. Accounts that repeatedly post infringing, unsafe, or prohibited content may lose upload access, monetization, or the account itself.
