Refund Policy

This policy explains how purchases, cancellations, failed payments, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are handled inside Veyld.

1. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can cancel from payment or subscription controls in Veyld. Cancellation stops future renewals, but access normally continues until the end of the current paid period.

2. Pay-per-view purchases and paid messages

Pay-per-view unlocks and paid messages are generally final once access is granted. If a technical error prevents access after a confirmed payment, contact support with the transaction and creator details.

3. Tips

Tips are voluntary support for a creator and are generally not refundable unless required by law or a payment error is confirmed.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

If you open a dispute or chargeback with your card issuer, Veyld may pause access to the related subscription or purchase while the processor reviews it. Creator earnings related to disputed payments may be held or reversed according to payment processor outcomes.

Email [email protected] with your account email, transaction date, creator username, amount, and a short description. For content removal or rights issues, use the Takedown Policy.
