Takedown Policy

1. What to report

• Copyrighted material posted without permission.
• Images, video, audio, or documents shared without consent.
• Private information such as addresses, phone numbers, or identity documents.
• Content involving minors, exploitation, threats, harassment, or fraud.
• Trademark, impersonation, privacy, or publicity-rights concerns.

2. Information to include

Send enough detail for Veyld to locate and review the material. Include:

• Your name and contact email.
• The profile, post, message, or URL where the content appears.
• A description of the rights or safety issue.
• Proof that you own or are authorized to act for the affected rights holder.
• For consent, release, or age-verification issues, identify the person shown and the basis for the request.
• A statement that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Where to send notices

Email copyright and rights notices to [email protected]. For urgent safety issues involving a live account, also use the in-app report menu so the moderation queue receives account and content context.

4. Review and action

Veyld may remove or restrict access to content while a notice is reviewed. We may ask for additional information, notify the creator, and keep records needed for repeat-infringer enforcement, fraud prevention, payment disputes, or legal obligations.

5. Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe the notice was mistaken, you may contact [email protected] with your account email, the removed content, and an explanation. Veyld may request supporting documentation before restoring access.

6. Other policy reports

Content that does not involve rights ownership may still violate the Community Guidelines or Content Policy. Use in-app reporting for profiles, posts, comments, and messages whenever possible.
